The Scarborough Fair (& Transport) Collection.

I have been asked by the museum’s owner if I would like to help to
promote the museum and my first suggestion to him was that it would be
a good idea to encourage vintage vehicle enthusiasts to visit.

Graham Atkinson is the owner of the collection and has very generously
agreed to allow a discount off the entry fee for members of Vintage and
Classic Vehicle clubs and organisations who wish to visit the museum
and can show their ‘Club’ Membership Card. Also on offer is a further
concession for owners of pre-1980 classics who are visiting the area in
their old vehicles. If the owner would like to park his or her classic
vehicle in the area at the front of the museum while they are spending
a couple of hours enjoying the exhibits and the atmosphere of The
Scarborough Fair and Transport Collection, the offer is for free
entrance to the museum for one adult ‘but only if accompanied by
another adult’.

With plenty of parking facilities the Scarborough Fair Collection is
open to the public this year from Wednesday to Sunday from the 23rd of
March until the end of October and is ‘closed’ Monday and Tuesday
except for Bank holiday Mondays.

There will be the odd day during the season when the museum will be
closed to the public because of a ‘private’ function. Guided tours of
the museum can be arranged and so for more information on events and
