Update 22nd October 2025

Hello everyone well the year is quickly drawing to an end. Last week we held our auction night which i am pleased to say was well attended and raised £165 for club funds. Thank you to all of you that contributed in some way either by bringing items to sell or making purchases.

Biggest thanks go to our auctioner. I'm sure without him the evening wouldnt be quite the same.

Next club night is the 19th November and as it is the last one of the year it will be Christmas themed, so get thoughs jumpers ready and gen up on Christmas related stuff for your quiz. There will still be the regular selection of toasties available so you wont miss out. Hope to see you there.

Gathering 5th October

Well the Gathering was last weekend and apart from Ernie and myself being soaked to the skin on Friday the weekend went well.

Entertainment both Friday and Saturday evening. After the high winds on Friday night and most of Saturday Sunday was sunny settled morning and exhibitors turned out early. We had a good mix of things for people to see, more heavy commercials than we have ever had and a good selection of "wheel horse" tractors. Sadly no motorbikes. Maybe this was due to weather or the fact event was later and they were elsewhere.

Next year we we will be back to regular date Sunday 20th Sept so put it in your diary now.

Big thank you to Croft club and staff for making it possible to put on this event and to Rachel for the outside catering.
